About this role

Salary Range: $64,000.00 - $91,500.00 Introduction iRobot is looking for an IT Support Engineer who can work in a fast-paced, service-oriented organization. You will be part of a team focused on user account management, application management and operations support for our end users globally. The engineer will provide technical support for endpoints including, but not limited to, Windows, Mac and Linux computers, devices running Android, iOS, and additional devices such as printers, projectors, conference room AV hardware and much more. You will represent the end-user computing environment requiring broad knowledge of operating systems, browser configurations, applications and user account management and requiring excellent collaboration and partnering capabilities.…
