About this role
Introduction This will be a 9-month fixed term employment covering for a maternity leave. Location: Lyon, France Reporting Line Reports to the Sr Operations Manager – EMEA Retail What you will do: Manage French retailer sales orders end-to-end, from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, order status, and issue resolution. Coordinate sales order requirements and customer commitments across Sales, Operations, Planning, 3PL, warehouse, and transport teams. Maintain pricing conditions, environmental taxes (D3E), commercial agreements, and contractual terms in Oracle.…
