About this role

Mission Brief In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die Fertigungsprozesse anspruchsvoller Präzisionsbauteile aktiv mit. Du entwickelst hochwertige CAM- Programme und optimierst bestehende Strategien für unsere modernen CNC - Bearbeitungszentren. Deine Rolle in unserer Space Mission: Erstellung, Optimierung und Validierung von CNC -Programmen (Fräsen) mit HyperMill. Analyse technischer Zeichnungen, CAD -Modelle und Fertigungsanforderungen zur Ableitung effizienter Bearbeitungsstrategien. Definition geeigneter Werkzeuge, Schnittdaten und Spannkonzepte für Werkstoffe wie Titan, Inconel, hochlegierte Stähle und Aluminium.
