About this role
Overall job purpose: Account Executive is responsible for achieving client satisfaction and client retention for their designated clients by providing the best level of support and service to our clients. Account Executive will build ‘trusted advisor’ partner relationships with a view to retention whilst maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor in any field (preferred from public relations, communications, and management). Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience. Able to work independently and also work as a team. Computer Literacy and with standard ability to use Google Suite. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral and written.…
