The Human Resources (HR) Systems Architect develops, maintains, and enhances processes for technical solutions and best practices to improve and leverage Ivy Tech’s HR systems, primarily Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), to support Ivy Tech's objectives. Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to create and iterate on technology opportunities that streamline processes and create an exceptional employee experience for the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining the Workday HCM user experience and leading the HR System Administration Team. The HR Systems Administration Team is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of HR applications, integrations, and reports delivered primarily through Workday HCM.…
