Student Service Professional (SSP)

General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Student Services Professional (SSP) serves as the initial point of contact for students on the Kokomo campus, providing guidance and support in key areas such as Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Orientation, Assessment, and Business Services. The SSP helps students navigate these processes efficiently and ensures they are well-informed about available resources. This role focuses on assisting students with their transition into Ivy Tech, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate campus services as needed. The SSP is knowledgeable in Assessment, Registration, and Financial Aid/Business Office Support to facilitate a smooth student experience.
