About this role

About We are building the next generation of customer experience infrastructure at ixigo, one of India's largest travel platforms. Voice agents, conversational AI, real interactions at scale. We have already built and battle-tested this internally and now we are taking it to market. This is a founding PM role. You will not be inheriting a roadmap or refining someone else's vision. You will be defining what AI-native customer experience looks like for an entire industry that is still figuring it out. Backed by ixigo, early stage, and moving fast. What you do! Product Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep customer discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases for Voice AI.
