The subsidiary IT Operations Professional handles all local IT Operations in the UK market and is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users and focuses to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes as well as Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user’s devices and subsidiary/branch office IT equipment.
