Department : Civil Process County or State Funded : County Exempt or Non-exempt : Non-exempt Paygrade : C-111 Salary : $28.63 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer Basic Function and Responsibility : Execute court orders, including the levy and seizure of property or funds, and serve court documents, such as, ex parte and full orders of protection. Perform duties related to property auctions, evictions, replevins, and other court ordered actions. May perform duties normally carried out by court officer I.
