Reports to: Co-Founders Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Talent Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Senior Talent Recruiter responsibilities include working with our Co-Founders and heads of department to identify current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings on LinkedIn, Business of Fashion, Fashion Workie and Instagram, conducting telephone screens and coordinating interviews. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and booking interviews.
