PT Japfa Food Indonesia Job Responsibilities** * Conduct in-process quality control inspections at various stages of Process-1, including raw material inspection, line checks, and finished product verification. * Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational prerequisite programs (OPRPs) as defined in the HACCP plan. * Perform sensory evaluations (appearance, odor, texture, taste) of products according to specifications. * Collect samples for laboratory analysis and ensure proper labeling and handling. * Record inspection data accurately and promptly in designated forms and systems. * Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, or quality issues to the production team and supervisor. * Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis.…
