Job Summary** The Tallyman at RPU Megaluh is responsible for accurately recording and documenting all incoming and outgoing poultry products and materials, ensuring precise inventory control and data integrity within the processing unit. Job Responsibilities** * Accurately record the quantity and type of live birds received, including details such as supplier, truck number, and time of arrival. * Document the weight of live birds upon arrival and after processing, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Monitor and record the flow of processed poultry products, including cuts, by-products, and waste, at various stages of production. * Conduct regular physical counts of inventory (live birds, processed products, packaging materials) and reconcile with recorded data.…
