Job Responsibilities:** * Process and manage all raw material inbound and outbound documentation, * Maintain accurate and up-to-date raw material inventory records in the system. * Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. * Prepare and generate various reports related to raw material stock, movement, and aging. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely material availability. * Assist in monitoring warehouse stock levels and report any shortages or excesses. * Manage filing systems for all warehouse-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval. * Support the implementation of warehouse safety and hygiene procedures.…
