DESCRIÇÃO DA POSIÇÃO: Conduzir atividades de suporte ao time de Sales Operation e Gestão de Projetos. Atuar de forma proativa na gestão de processos buscando eficiência e melhoria contínua. RESPONSABILIDADES: Apoiar os processos do time de Sales Operation incluindo reportes, previsões e manutenção de dados. Suporte na inserção de pedidos no JDE e demais controles internos Preparar reportes padrão para times de vendas e operações de vendas. Coordenar atualizações de projetos. Suportar a emissão de documentos relacionados ao inbound de projetos Suportar a emissão de documentos relacionados ao faturamento e expedição dos projetos. Apoiar o time de Sales Operation nas rotinas, seguindo o procedimento interno estabelecido. Documentar procedimentos internos de Sales Operation.…
