Assist with troubleshooting machining, setup, tooling, fixture and equipment issues to minimize downtime. Support production scheduling and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. Serve as a resource for team members regarding processes, equipment, and quality standards. Monitor workflow and communicate staffing or production concerns to management.
