About this role

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging babysitter who is open to a flexible schedule—hours may shift from week to week depending on our program needs. Under the direction of the AD of Family Programming, the Babysitter (Lead babysitter) will provide childcare for children ages (3 months-11 years) while keeping them safe and engaged. Babysitters will staff JCare Babysitting which is a drop-off childcare program. Babysitters endeavor to create a safe, nurturing, and playful environment for children ranging from infants to school aged children. The babysitting shifts will take place primarily on weekend mornings. JCC Greater Boston is deeply committed to valuing and celebrating the uniqueness of each constituent.
