你需要做的是 负责零售市场开拓、管理等一系列工作,处理好与零售囤货商,分销商等的客情关系,按公司零售体系要求,完成零售的相关工作. 你将会怎么做 零售渠道开发及管理 区域零售囤货商的日常销售活动管理及维护; 督促囤货商按进度完成相应目标; 按公司要求与囤货商共同完成渠道市场布局; 配合囤货商开发二级合作经销商; 参与当地渠道活动政策的制定并推进; 门店管理及培训 专卖店零售人员培养及管理; 专卖店零售人员产品培训及考核; 竞品及行业知识汇总分析并传递门店; 门店陪同销售; 市场推广 配合囤货商完成品牌市场推广-线上/线下; 配合经销商制定并参与零售展会及促销活动; 定期组织零售总结分享会议及活动; 配合经销商制定楼盘及装修公司推进计划及落地执行; 我们期待的是 要求 具备良好的职业道德和职业习惯; 熟悉当地中央空调及生态系统经销商渠道及市场; 具备常规PPT制作及演示能力; 大面积市场覆盖的跑动/良好的沟通能力; 相关专业本科以上及2年以上中央空调零售相关经验。
