About the Role: Position is a foundational leadership position within Johnson Controls’ innovation ecosystem. The mission is to accelerate growth from innovation. This leader will help accelerate innovation projects, remove executional barriers, and ensure their timely delivery to the market. How you will do it: Lead the creation of standard work for project management and innovation execution within Johnson Controls. Assess the current maturity of innovation execution. Coach project managers and teams on applying the business system towards faster and better execution of key innovation projects.
