Project Lead (Content Management + Project Management)

What you will do The Project Intake Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement for the newly formed HR Content Management Team. Manage the central intake mechanism for global HR knowledge updates within ServiceNow, consult with internal stakeholders and leaders on best practices and content improvement opportunities, coordinate team resourcing and bandwidth alignment, and support continuous improvement and searchability of content using analytics and employee feedback. Additionally, this role will drive overall content management process documentation, adherence, and continuous improvement across the team. The creation and maintenance of monthly team reporting will be another core focus.…
