About this role

What you will do The Associate Service Engineer supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System activities. You will work closely with the Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader, customers, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, support planned maintenance, and ensure smooth site delivery. Provide technical support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System equipment. Investigate and resolve day-to-day technical system issues, errors, and service concerns.
