Job Description Title: Team Lead Department: Reports To: Supervisor ( Production ) Overview The primary role of the Team Lead is to perform duties as required by a department head and/or Supervisor, to coordinate assembly and fabrication of products for a small group of employees. The Lead designation is that of a “working lead”, where the majority of the employee ’ s time is hands on as a functioning team member. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure crew is arriving on time, ready and fit for duty at the start of each shift. Host a morning meeting with crew at start of shift to delegate work for the day.
