RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Oversees a team of Systems Engineering Leaders and Senior Systems Engineers, guiding the strategic direction and long-term planning of the Americas HVAC Engineering Team. This role is instrumental in aligning engineering capabilities with Johnson Controls’ enterprise growth initiatives, including Strategic Accounts, OpenBlue, Connected Workflow Dashboards, and Vertical Market Solutions. Responsible for establishing and refining engineering processes that promote cost efficiency, consistent project execution, and high customer satisfaction.
