About this role
The Cash Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing cash reconciliation and data flows across Workday, Cadency, banks, and payment processors for all five fascias. This person will be leading daily matching, monthly close, account certification, and reconciliation activities while ensuring SLA compliance. Manage the reconciliation team and collaborate with IT, Treasury, and external partners to resolve issues and improve automation. The manager will drive process improvements, data quality, internal controls, and higher Cadency auto-match rates. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end data flow between Workday Accounting Center/General Ledger and Cadency, as well as the daily intake of BAI/IFS bank files and electronic payment processor files into Cadency.…
