About this role
Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments through our acquisition, development, construction and property management services. We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at J. Coopers Row, a 312-unit, 12 story high-rise development directly adjacent to Nationals Park at 1319 South Capitol. The unit mix includes studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments in addition to ground level rental townhomes with private entrances.
Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00 hourly.
The primary function of the Leasing Professional is to lease apartments and create a vital first impression for JAG Management Company.
