Job Details Maintenance Mechanic - Center City - Full Time Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : Makes periodic inspections of and maintains all equipment associated with supplying safety lighting, plumbing, heating and ventilation, air conditioning, control systems and any other system for which responsible. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Make checks of all mechanical area equipment and log in same. Handle maintenance calls from the main office. Maintain records as required. Combined responsibilities of testing and running of emergency generators along with the electricians Perform other related duties as assigned.
