About this role

Job Details The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The Physical Therapist is an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to their highest level of function. The Staff Level I Therapist will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health. Works in conjunction with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care.
