Job Description Job Title : Workday HRIS Analyst Location : Milan or London Brand : Capri Reporting to ( level): Manager, Workday Department Overview: The HRIS team sits within the wider HR function and is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. The team partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports evolving people processes, maintains data integrity, and drives operational efficiency. This role reports to the Manager, HRIS EMEA, and plays a key part in delivering system enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing Workday performance across modules including Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Recruiting.…
