Job Description: The Manager of Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs will provide visible leadership and is responsible for effective operations that drive access, safety, quality of care, and engagement for patients admitted to the Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs. The Manager oversees the clinical and operational functions of the site of care in partnership with the medical staff leader, who jointly plans, directs, coordinates, and ensures overall operational performance, including achieving annual True North goals.
