Job Description: The RN-Administrative Supervisor provides leadership and direction for the entire nursing department during the shift to which he/she is assigned. Expertise is demonstrated through innovative problem solving in clinical practice. The RN-Administrative Supervisor is a leader and change agent in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and quality patient care. Is responsible for administrative issues and daily maintenance of the facility with leadership functions directed at facilitating the smooth delivery of patient care on their shift.
