A leading boutique fitness group is seeking a Head of Reformer to lead its Reformer Pilates offering across multiple studio concepts. This is a senior leadership role within the Movement team, responsible for shaping the identity, quality, and future development of the Reformer genre across the business. Working closely with the senior Movement leadership team, the Head of Reformer will oversee coaching standards, team development, programming, and concept evolution across the group.
