The Digital Solution Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade support of JODAYN solutions within customer environments. The role ensures that deployed solutions remain secure, stable, available, and optimized to meet customer business and technical requirements. The engineer works closely with internal engineering teams and client IT teams to deliver successful implementations, resolve technical challenges, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
