岗位职责 1，负责公司 AI 工具的需求拆解、方案设计与核心功能开发，保障工具稳定落地与迭代优化。 2，参与 AI 模型选型、集成与工程化落地，完成模型调用、接口开发及效果调试。 3，协同产品团队，推进 AI 工具从设计、开发到上线全流程，提升产品体验与效率。 4，负责 AI 工具性能优化、问题排查与技术沉淀，持续提升系统稳定性与可用性。 5，跟踪行业 AI 技术趋势，引入先进方案赋能公司 AI 工具能力升级。 任职资格 1，硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业。 2，熟悉主流 AI 框架（如 PyTorch/TensorFlow）、大模型调用及 AI 工具开发流程。 3，掌握 Python/Java 等至少一种开发语言，熟悉接口开发、数据处理与基础算法原理。 4，具备良好的问题解决能力、团队协作意识，对 AI 产品与工具开发有较强热情与执行力。 Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
