About this role
岗位职责： 1. 关注原绝缘材料、端子、线束等的本土化采购。 2. 与工程师、供应商及业务部门共同跟进ESI、RFQ、QI、SER事务。 3. 进行成本评估，确保业务单元订单顺利下达。 4. 应对关键供应商的短缺问题，根据需求开发新供应商。 5. 审核供应商绩效评级并跟进改进措施，通过延长供应商付款期限或要求供应商开具银行汇票来改善现金流。 6. 制定预算，控制材料通货膨胀，进行风险管理。 7. 推动数字化转型。 任职资格： 1. 本科学历，物流管理或相关专业，6至10年相关工作经验，具备工程或技术背景优先。 2. 擅长电线束、导线、绝缘材料及机械部件（包括塑料注塑、金属冲压、机械加工等）方面的采购。 3. 对原材料和零部件具备扎实的技术理解，涵盖可制造性设计、成本结构、生产工艺及当前市场趋势。 4. 擅长新产品与零部件采购及项目管理，具备与内部团队及外部合作伙伴建立紧密协作关系的能力。 5. 精通Oracle ERP，具备快速学习和适应新系统和工具的能力。 6. 英语具备口语能力。 Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
