Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur: Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsmaßnahmen, um die Leistung und Sicherheit der IT-Systeme zu gewährleisten. Fehleranalyse und Support für interne Nutzer bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen: Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Lösung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen durch direkten Support via Remote-Desktop oder vor Ort.…
