Position Overview: this role supports the preparation and execution of periodic and event-based corporate governance filings for the LATAM and NAMR regions (excluding the U.S.). The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders and TPVs to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of filings with the respective Company Registrar. Responsibilities include maintaining governance tools and applications, assisting with reporting and escalation processes, and supporting technology initiatives to enhance filing execution and operational efficiency.
