Learning and Communications Associate

As a Learning and Communications Associate within CIB Experience Design, you will support end-to-end learning delivery for the Experience Design community, helping ensure learning programs are relevant, well-executed, and adopted in day-to-day practice. You will partner with design practitioners and stakeholders to facilitate line-of-business (LOB) tailored learning, coordinate the learning community, and translate feedback into measurable improvements across learning programs and communications.
