About this role

We are looking for a Technical Services Process Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Vyškov. In this role, you will be responsible for driving, standardising, and continuously improving manufacturing process technologies across the region. Working closely with factories, divisions, and Technical Services teams, you will help establish best practices, support technology harmonisation, and drive operational excellence. The position is based in Vyškov and includes approximately 20% travel, primarily to France and Denmark. The role acts as a global technology owner and network driver within Technical Services Processes, ensuring that proven production technologies are standardized, scalable, robust, cost-competitive, and consistently applied across divisions and PCOs.…
