Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt unser Influencer-Marketing-Team, indem du unser Affiliate Programm betreust und Influencer:innen für den DACH-Raum recherchierst und akquirierst Dabei begleitest du Influencer-Kooperationen von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Verhandlung bis hin zur Durchführung und Analyse von KPIs Du gewinnst Influencer:innen mit deiner offenen Art für unsere Produkte und sorgst dafür, dass sie immer optimal betreut sind Du erstellst KPI-relevante Reportings für das Influencer-Marketing und bewertest den Erfolg der Kooperationen anhand klar definierter Ziele Du übernimmst unterstützende Aufgaben, die im Tagesgeschäft anfallen Das steckt in deiner Haut Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit einer Leidenschaft für Kosmetik und beschäftigst dich in deiner Freizeit intensiv mit Soci…
