For one of Europe's leading hotel operators: Lead the successful pre-opening of three hotel properties in Athens, including team setup, operational readiness and brand implementation. Build, recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams across all hotels. Oversee the daily operations of all properties, ensuring excellent guest experience and full compliance with brand standards.
