Responsibilities: Own the CMA (SCA) license application end-to-end: documentation, submissions, regulator meetings, and responses to queries Be named as the designated Compliance Officer; obtain and maintain personal fit & proper approval Serve as the Company`s primary liaison with relevant regulatory authorities.
