About this role

We are seeking a JV & Expansion Associate to support our management in managing Joint Ventures, regional expansion initiatives, and strategic partnership opportunities across the GCC and other key markets. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial acumen, exceptional Arabic and English writing skills, and experience supporting business development or expansion activities within the real estate, consulting, or related sectors. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining the JV and expansion pipeline through Pipedrive. Developing and maintaining comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
