About this role

Desde Kapres Technology buscamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a de Altitude Software para participar en un proyecto de Contact Center. La posición está orientada principalmente al soporte, mantenimiento y evolución de la plataforma Altitude, trabajando sobre proyectos ya existentes y realizando modificaciones y desarrollos según las necesidades del cliente. Responsabilidades: Dar soporte a la plataforma Altitude y gestionar las incidencias que puedan surgir. Realizar mantenimiento y modificaciones sobre proyectos existentes. Desarrollar y modificar scripts de routing y campañas de telemarketing utilizando ASL. Configurar y realizar ajustes en servicios y campañas. Trabajar con Altitude 7.5 y Altitude 8. Realizar pequeños desarrollos y mantenimientos en C#/.NET, principalmente Web Services.…
