The Marketing Events Specialist supports the planning and execution of customer-facing events, demonstrations, trade shows, office visits, webinars, Experience Lab activities, and related marketing campaigns. This hands-on role helps coordinate logistics, prepare materials, support demo and event readiness, maintain campaign details, and assist with HubSpot lead nurturing and post-event follow-up. The role ensures marketing activities are organized, professional, consistent, and aligned with Kardex branding and customer experience goals.
