About this role

Job Summary KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs that enable new hires and existing employees to effectively use AI tools. This role combines hands-on AI proficiency with strong training and facilitation skills to develop onboarding programs, conduct workshops, assess learner readiness, and continuously improve training curricula based on operational needs and learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design & Development Design structured onboarding and upskilling curricula covering AI tool usage, prompt techniques, and AI-assisted workflows relevant to KDCI's service lines.
