KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Harvester (Researcher) to support outbound sales initiatives through lead research, prospect identification, data enrichment, and list building. This role is responsible for sourcing and qualifying target companies, enriching prospect data, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering verified lead lists that support outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with research, CRM, and sales intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo.io and other sales intelligence platforms.
