Job Summary KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to manage and scale a high-performing outbound sales team focused on the US market. This role is responsible for overseeing SDRs and Lead Harvesters, driving outbound performance, ensuring outreach quality, and achieving team KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong B2B outbound sales experience, leadership capabilities, and hands-on expertise in outbound prospecting, sales engagement tools, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs and Lead Harvesters.
