About this role

About Working with core project team to understand new/transfer project background, e.g. New project schedule, product information etc. Implement Purchasing strategy, source/select suitable supplier for new parts (C part) in new/transfer projects. Cooperate with R&D, SQM and Strategic Buyer for supplier audit if needed. Cooperate with R&D, understand our requirement for new parts, communicate technical requirement to suppliers for new parts, meanwhile, make sure target BOM cost can be met. Ensure data available and accurate in system for procurement. Release tooling, initial samples PO, cooperate with Quality department to release new parts. Material procurement for sample run for new parts according to project schedule.…
