About this role

JOB DESCRIPTION Input quarterly forecasts into the Budget & Planning system (OneStream)/ prepare excel reports for holding companies and inactive project companies. Input monthly cash flow data into OneStream/ prepare excel cashflow reports for holding companies and inactive project companies. Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Entry Sheets (SEs), upload AP e-invoices, and follow up on the payment process until settlement for invoices and payments under the Finance BP function (Vietnam Projects and Holding Companies). Support the Finance Business Partner (Finance BP) team in maintaining and updating directorship records.
