JOB DESCRIPTION Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows: o Assist to manage data center operations and maintenance and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems and 100% uptime. Prepares SOP, MOP, EOP and WI • Prepare Change Management document for major activity and attends ChangeAdvisory Board meeting • Develop a measured program based on Key Performance Indicators and ServiceLevel Agreements • Escalate incidents and issues, adhering to incident process and procedure. Prepareincident report or root cause analysis report • Identify and carry out corrective and repair programs on electrical, mechanical, firesuppresson and BMS, etc.…
