About this role
The HR & Safety Coordinator will be on-site at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a safe and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.
This position is for our 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday).
This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR procedures
- Support new-hire training and onboarding
- Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping
